BhimashankarHotel.com is an online hotel booking platform that allows guests to discover and book hotels, lodges, resorts, and guest houses.

Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a booking confirmation.
  • All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation by the hotel.

Pricing

  • Room prices displayed on the website are provided by hotels and may change without prior notice.
  • Taxes and additional charges, if applicable, may be added during the booking process.

Payment Policy

  • All bookings must be paid online through the payment methods available on the website.
  • Payments are collected directly by BhimashankarHotel.com and not by the hotel unless otherwise stated.
  • Customers should not make additional room payments to the hotel unless specifically mentioned.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Customers may cancel their booking within 2 hours of completing the booking and payment.
  • After the 2-hour cancellation period, the booking becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made after 2 hours, no-shows, early check-outs, or unused services.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Hotel Unavailability and Alternative Accommodation Policy

If a guest has a confirmed booking through BhimashankarHotel.com and, upon arrival, the booked room is unavailable due to overbooking, operational issues, or any fault on the part of the hotel, the following shall apply:

  1. BhimashankarHotel.com will make reasonable efforts to arrange accommodation at another nearby hotel of a similar standard, subject to availability.
  2. If the alternative hotel charges a higher room rate, the guest may be required to pay the difference in price unless otherwise decided by BhimashankarHotel.com.
  3. If suitable alternative accommodation cannot be arranged, the guest will be entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
  4. Approved refunds under this policy will be processed within 24 hours of verification of the issue.
  5. BhimashankarHotel.com reserves the right to recover losses arising from such incidents from the concerned hotel partner in accordance with the partnership agreement.
This policy applies only to confirmed bookings where non-availability is due to overbooking, operational issues, or hotel-side fault.

Guest Responsibilities

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully during their stay. Any unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

Damage to Hotel Property

  • Guests are responsible for damage, loss, or destruction caused to hotel rooms, furniture, equipment, or other hotel property.
  • If damage is discovered after check-out, the guest agrees to pay the full repair or replacement cost as determined by the hotel.
  • BhimashankarHotel.com reserves the right to recover such charges from the guest.

Check-in Requirements

  • Guests must present valid government-issued photo ID during check-in.
  • The hotel may refuse check-in if proper identification is not provided.

Number of Guests and Additional Services

  • Only the number of guests mentioned in the booking may stay in the room.
  • Additional guests, extra mattresses, extra beds, blankets, and other additional services are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal activities of any kind.
  • Damaging hotel property.
  • Disturbing other guests or hotel staff.
  • Carrying dangerous or prohibited items.
  • Any activity that violates Indian law.
